[CMC] CCSDS delegation to IOP-2 in Geneva?

Jean-Marc,
I am not insisting for doing it. It was just an offer.
But on the principle: the CMC has agreed that it wants to make a 
presentation to IOP. Thus the CCSDS Secretariat should formally ask the 
IOP chairman to get a corresponding slot for that. If it is accepted, it 
is up to the CMC to decide what we want to say and by whom.

No objection from CNES, as discussed last week.

Nevertheless, in an IOP preparation meeting yesterday, while there was no 
objection for a CCSDS presentation as was discussed, some delegates 
suggested that the speaker should be from IOAG on this subject. 
As a compromise, one of the delegates who acts in both IOAG and CMC could 
make it.

If the speaker is an issue for the CMC, I guess this should be discussed 
with the host of IOP-2.

CMC members: I believe that it was proposed last week in Berlin that 
J-F Kaufeler will make the CCSDS presentation to the IOP and that I 
will participate as the technical support staff to Mr. Kaufeler. Are 
there any objections to that proposal?
