[CMC] CMC 2007 January Draft Resolutions and Action Items

Neil,

After looking over the Resolutions and AIs, I wonder what were the conclusions
from the CMC meeting concerning the planned update of the Operating Plan. 
As I mentioned at the occasion, this has been till recently, an important reference
document for acquaintance with the CCSDS technical activities. Can you inform 
us about it ? Thank you.
