ADs and DADs: please draw the attention of your technical personnel to the=
=20
following two conferences in the Spring of 2004. Both provide excellent=20
opportunities to publish our work and we should actively encourage the=20
harvesting of a good crop of CCSDS papers. It is quite possible that=20
SpaceOps 2004 in Montreal may also be a natural gathering place for your=20
BOF and Working Group meetings.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

GSAW-2004, the 2004 Ground System Architectures Workshop, will be be held=20
March 30 to April 01, 2004 in Manhattan Beach, California. The workshop=20
explores issues and achievements in system architectures and designs for=20
spacecraft ground systems. This international forum brings together ground=
=20
system users, developers, and researchers to share their experiences=20
through presentations, working groups, and panel discussions.

If you would like to receive a Call for Participation and/or be notified=20
when registration begins, send email to gsaw@aero.org,

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

SpaceOps 2004, an international conference on space operations will be held=
=20
May 17 to 21, 2004, in Montr=E9al, Qu=E9bec, Canada. The theme for the=20
conference is "SpaceOps - A Global Enterprise" and it will address=20
state-of-the-art approaches and techniques, focusing upon the emerging=20
international and business-oriented nature of space operations in today's=20
global environment. This conference will provide an excellent opportunity=20
for industry experts to exchange valuable ideas on all types of space=20
missions - from scientific, operational and commercial satellites to human=
=20
flight and deep space exploration. It will also embrace crucial operational=
=20
realities, such as launch operations, robotics, automation, and global=20
networks.

A preliminary program and information on registration will be available in=
=20
the second half of 2003.

Best regards
Adrian
