Dear CCSDS Management Council Members:

Approval Copies of the three Proximity-1 Blue Books--CCSDS 211.0-B-2, 
211.1-B-1 and 211.2-B-1--are available at:

The CMC resolved to approve these documents for publication in April 2003:

CMC-S03-R04 The CMC resolves to approve the transer of the Physical layer 
of CCSDS 211.0-B-1 Proximity-1 Space Link Protocol into the the new 
Proximity-1 Space Link Protocol--Physical Layer Blue Book; likewise, the 
CMC approves the transfer of the Coding layer of 211.0-B-1 into the new 
Proximity-1 Space Link Protocol--Coding and Synchronization Sublayer Blue Book.

Approval Copies have been provided as a courtesy so that interested CMC 
members may review the documents prior to publication on August 1, 2003.
