[CESG] [RESPONSE REQUIRED] CESG/CMC Meetings - Logistics for Next Week

Dear CESG and CMC,

The University of Puerto Rico - Mayaguez campus has re-opened, and our management week meetings will now be held on the UPRM campus as opposed to our secondary location at CROEM. To prepare for next week, please review the details regarding logistics and respond by the end of the day regarding your transportation plans.


  *   CESG Meetings (Mon-Wed) will occur in the Celis Building - Room 302
     *   Monday's student activity in the afternoon will occur in the same building, Room 116
  *   CMC Meetings (Wed-Thurs) will also be held in the Celis Building - Room 302
  *   Lunch will be held in the Tarzan building all week.
  *   Reserved parking for our group will be at the location circled below.

Please advise if you are planning to drive or require pickup/drop off from hotel to meetings and vice versa, please advise the name of your hotel and which days you need pickup/drop off as soon as possible.
