APPROVE WITH CONDITIONS (state conditions that must be satisfied)
Page header still says draft - I assume that's trivially correctable. I could also approve unconditionally (with a comment), but we don't have a mechanism for that.

SLS-DAD

Page iv: Observer agencies:
The National Space Organization (NSPO)/Chinese Taipei ceased in 2023, and has been replaced since by TASA: Taiwan Space Agency. The corresponding line could be updated (generic comment, concerning all books)
Page 2-3:
In figure 2-2, "Surface Rovers" should be replaced by "Surface Lander/Rover", to be consistent with the text above the figure (or the text above the figure and in the figure could be "Surface Rover/Lander).
Page 4-49: Paragraph 4.6.2.1.2 Definition:
BLOB is described in the first line of the table as "Binary object". Could the meaning of the "L" of BLOB be indicated ? "Binary Large Object" ?
Pages A4 to A6: Paragraph A3.2: Service PICS:
Some "O" in the column "Status" are not well aligned

*Page iv: "Observer agencies":
The National Space Organization (NSPO)/Chinese Taipei ceased in 2023, and has been replaced sinceby TASA: Taiwan Space Agency. The corresponding line could be updated
"Swedish Space Corporation (SSC)" changed its name. It is now SSC Space. It should be therefore written SSC Space/Sweden.
Note: these 2 generic comments concernall the books.
*Page 2-8: Paragraph 2.1.3 SUPERVISORY PROTOCOL DATA UNITS:
It is written "configuring the ranging channel and taking range measurements". Maybe "ranging" could be replaced by "PN ranging" ?
*Page 2-12: end of paragraph 2.3.1 "General":
It is written: "The applicability of the FOP-P and FARM-P for ersion-4 Transfer Frames is specified in reference [7].". "ersion-4" shall be replaced by "Version-4".
*Page 2-12: paragraph 2.3.2.1 "General":
It is written "The COP-P procedure provides Sequence Controlled and Expedited service that determines how reliably SDUs are delivered from the sender to the receiver".
Maybe the following sentence could be better: The COP-P procedure provides Sequence Controlled and Expedited services that determine how reliably SDUs are delivered from the sender to the receiver"
*Page 3-7: table 3-2: Variable-Length Supervisory Protocol Data Unit
« Time Distribution PDU » looks to not have the same police or size of police than for the rest of the "Type" lines.
*Page 5-3: paragraph 5.1.2.2.1: Overview :
It is written:
* SPDU Type 4 (ANNEX D) includes the LEC directive, which is a 56-bit long.
* SPDU Type 5 (Annex E) includes a more advanced LEC directive, which is 96 bits long.
To be consistent with the rest of the document, "96 bits long" could be replaced by "96-bit long".
*Page 5-7: Paragraph 5.2.2.2: Y (COMM-CHANGE):
It is written:
"(COMM_CHANGE) shall be used to track the sub-states during the commanding of a PL communications change". To be consistent with paragraph 5.2.2.2.1, "communications" should be replaced by "communication". Same remark for page 5-8, paragraph 5.2.2.3 : Z (SYMBOL_INLOCK_STATUS).
*Page 5-23 : Paragraph 5.4.3: Drawing untitled "HALF DUPLEX OPERA":
The title of the drawing should be replaced by HALF DUPLEX OPERATION"
