There are (currently) 3 files:

The pdf is the current released version of the Yellow Book (including Corrigendum 1,2)
The “reconciledwithpdf” is a word .docx (that allows online editing in web) is a web version of the pdf.  I’ve compared it and everything is the same, however,

  1.  I added a comment on the title page saying it’s derived from the pdf
  2.  The pagination is slightly different (so the table of contents is incorrect) – There’s some subtle difference in font or kerning between pdf and .docx so the words per line varies a bit. They both are Times New Roman 12pt, but, eh…

The “Comments-Changes” started with the version above, but is what I (and you all) should mark up.  Either review comments or just inserted text that’s highlighted are good ways to do this. I notice that the “online” editor change tracking isn’t quite as obvious about what’s changed.
