Dear Gippo,
Just to be clear, the requirements for using the Framework as a part of project approval are weak at best (one mention on pg 2-14). We have complied with all of the required Charter inputs. To be fair, we did not have the existing GB hooked up to the correct Charter and could not figure out how to make that happen.
And now …
1. The draft for the 1.07 Time Management WG Charter already contains all of the required information;
2. The reference to "https://cwe.ccsds.org/fm/Lists/Projects/DispFormDraft.aspx?ID=677" is to an old GB for the aborted 1.xx WG we tried to initiate years ago, it is irrelevant to this WG and we need to remove it;
3. There is now a new GB Project, with dates, in the framework for the 1.07 Time Management WG;
4. There is also a future draft project for a Magenta Book that I was able to rescue from the "Purgatory" it was stuck it. Since it is "future" it has no dates nor resources. We are not asking to start it now, nor the other, two, potential, BB projects that have been discussed. The WG will figure out what it really needs to do next once it has the GB well in hand.
May we please now get on with this?

just to be clear, having attended at AMES (part of) the meeting on Monday morning, I do not see a problem with the creation of the WG, but the poll as formulated in CWE is formally incomplete.
Clause 5.5.1.1.1 of Org&Porc https://public.ccsds.org/Pubs/A02x1y4c2.pdf requires that "Charters, in conjunction with at least one project (see 5.5.2), shall be created for the purpose of establishing working groups."
Actually the Poll we see on web has only one attachment; i.e. the link https://cwe.ccsds.org/fm/Lists/Charters/DispForm.aspx?ID=92 to the CWE Charter and no attachment/link to the CWE Project that will start together with the WG.
I think it is everybody's interest that the formulation of CWE polls is fully correct and therefore my recommendation is the following:
1) Complete the project at https://cwe.ccsds.org/fm/Lists/Projects/DispFormDraft.aspx?ID=677 inserting all the missing dates
2) in the poll at https://public.ccsds.org/polls/Lists/CESGP201905001/newform.aspx add "https://cwe.ccsds.org/fm/Lists/Projects/DispFormDraft.aspx?ID=677" to the Reefernced Item(s) field:
3) in the poll at https://public.ccsds.org/polls/Lists/CESGP201905001/newform.aspx within the QUESTION field change FROM:

your resolution contains the following statement:

I see that the BoF created a charter (*)
I see that the BoF identified a WG Chair (*)
I see that the BoF identified a WG Deputy Chair (*)
I do not see that the BoF created a plan in the Management Framework (or if you prefer, I do not find a "plan" there)
Having said this, my concern is that we need to vote polls based on the information provided in the poll (and leave there all the information also for future checks)
In the current poll we have a charter, we have candidate chairs but we do not have a plan.
Can you tell us where/what that plan is?
Actually the poll misses also a CWE project to be evaluated by CESGers together with the charter.
For this reason I guess your sentence should read
The Time Management BoF has developed a draft Charter, created a draft CWE Project for a Time Management Green Book in the Management Framework, and identified a WG chair and deputy chair, and that.................
Finally the draft project at https://cwe.ccsds.org/fm/Lists/Projects/DispFormDraft.aspx?ID=677 should be completed with the planned schedule and attached/linked to the CESG Poll for proper evaluation by CESGers to vote.
I hope I clarified my concern.

I was quite puzzled when I saw you wrote that the BOF "created a plan in the Management Framework".
Then checking the framework I found a draft project on the Time Management Green Book at https://cwe.ccsds.org/fm/Lists/Projects/DispFormDraft.aspx?ID=677
Did you refer to the creation of the CWE Draft Project instead of "a plan"?
