Please find below the SEA resolution resulting from the SEA Sec WG efforts to develop a CCSDS guideline for cloud based testing.

SEA-R-2017-09-03              Submit the Sec WG Yellow Book on Procedures for Cloud Based Interoperability Testing for Publication

The System Engineering Area,

CONSIDERING that:

The Sec WG has resolved all issues that have been raised with the draft Yellow Book, and that
The SEA AD has reviewed this document and agrees that it is ready to be published.

And RECOGNIZING that:

A CCSDS Area Director is responsible for requesting CESG and CMC approval to publish a document, and that
The CCSDS Organization and Processes (A02.1-Y-4 cor 2) Sec 3.2.3.2.h states that the CESG is responsible for reviewing documents prior to publication, and that
The CCSDS Organization and Processes (A02.1-Y-4 cor 2) Sec 6.1.6 states that Yellow Books may be "used for documenting CCSDS internal processes, procedures, and controlling guidelines", and that
The CCSDS Organization and Processes (A02.1-Y-4 cor 2) in Section 6.2.6.2.1 requires that the AD request CMC authorization to publish a document.

RESOLVES to request:

That the Secretariat complete document formatting and then initiate the CESG approval of this Yellow Book for publication, and that
the Secretariat then initiate the CMC approval of this Yellow Book for publication as an internal CCSDS recommended procedure.
