<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">The CCSDS Organization and Processes (A02.1-Y-4 cor 2) Sec 3.2.3.2.h states that the CESG is responsible for reviewing documents prior to publication, and that<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">The CCSDS Organization and Processes (A02.1-Y-4 cor 2) Sec 6.1.6 states that Yellow Books may be "used for documenting CCSDS internal processes, procedures, and controlling guidelines", and that<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">The CCSDS Organization and Processes (A02.1-Y-4 cor 2) in Section 6.2.6.2.1 requires that the AD request CMC authorization to publish a document.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
