[CESG] Follow-up re CSS Area Functional Resource Model

As noted during the teleconference of 28 February, the CSS Area will be hosting a follow-up meeting for those interested in providing comments/asking questions about the Functional Resource Model.  That meeting will be held 15:45 - 16:45 on Thursday of the meeting week, in room B189-VCT2 on the SWRI campus.
