        A few comments:

There shall be a mistake: no SLS Project behind schedule    :o)
On-line Strategic Plan, charters, Projects : CMC Review: worth remarking 
that consolidate CMC comments will have to be combined with pending CESG 
comments?  You may want update the relevant point of the CESG Agenda in 
this respect.
Allocation of Resources - Last bullet is again #1 ==> renumber
Proc & Org YB modifications for selection of WG Chairs ==> I suggest 
adding a question: resurrecting a WG does also resurrect the former 
Chair(s)
