[CESG] Status of the MOIMS PS WG

Brigitte and Mario,

Considering that
some CMC members have confirmed the CESG Chair interpretation of the 
current situation of the MOIMS PS WG
the CESG has also agreed today during its webex meeting with this 
interpretation

the agreed way forward is as follows:

the creation of the MOIMS Planning & Scheduling WG has been approved. 
Action Secretariat: To update the CWE reflecting the current PS BOF as a 
WG (indicating Chairs " tbd" )
the GB has been approved        Action Secretariat: To update the CWE 
pending GB Project (i,.e. change status to Approved)
the BB has not been approved, and shall be kept as Draft Project        
Action Secretariat: To update the CWE pending BB Project (i,.e. change 
status to Draft)
The poll to nominate WG Chairs has failed, and needs further discussion at 
CESG level
MOIMS AD / DAD have to ask Steve Chien and Mehran Sarkarati to act as 
leaders of the forthcoming WG meeting to be held during the CCSDS 
Technical venue at Darmstadt (9th - 12th Nov 2015)

The CESG has included this issue in its Agenda for the meeting to be held 
on 13th Nov 2015 at ESOC. CESG will then report to the CMC at our joint 
meeting.
