please send a request to the CMC, giving the remaining Agencies (not JAXA) 
the opportunity to nominate additional candidates. In your mail, please 
mention that a candidate has already being identified (Mr.Kiyohisa Suzuki 
from JAXA) and that he has the suppor from his Agency
