[CESG] LTP-for-CCSDS Interoperability Test Report

Greetings,

The SIS Area resolves (Resolution SIS-R-2015-01-001) to submit the attached Licklider Transmission Protocol (LTP) For CCSDS Red Book and associated material for CESG Poll to publish as a CCSDS Recommended Standard (Blue Book).

The attached LTP-for-CCSDS specification includes the edits in response to the Red-3 RIDS.  The RID acceptances for the Red-3 RIDS are in the attached Excel spreadsheet titled 'Red-3 RID Dispositions.xlsx' (the response emails are inserted as comments in column E).

The attached draft Yellow Book describes the results of the interoperability testing for the LTP-for-CCSDS protocol described in the Red Book.  While the book itself is quite long, the first 6 sections (43 pages, before the annexes) contain a summary of the tests.
