Review of actions  
Action CMC-A-2013-04-01 (SOIS books) is still open
Action CMC-A-2013-04-04 (ICPA pending projects) is still open and waiting 
further IOAG inputs prior to San Antonio meeting

Feedback from IOP-3 meeting (resolutions)
ADs have agreed how to tackle the IOP-3 resolutions (26Ghz, OL and SISG) 
within their WGs. CESG will discuss (on 4th November 2013)  the feedback 
to be sent to the IOAG (prior presentation / discussion / agreement with 
CMC during the meeting in Montreal)

Area Status
Every Area (except SOIS and SEA) presented the progress done in the last 3 
months. No show-stoppers / hot issues were identified.
SLS has recommended (as a solution to the failed PLACOM WG creation poll) 
to include the GB production within the RFM WG. An item will be added to 
the next CESG meeting (4th Nov 2013) on "Can resources influence or not a 
CESG poll ?"

Strategic Plan
An extension for missing Area section (SEA, SOIS, SLS) delivery was 
agreed. CSS will also have the time to align to the suggested template. 
New due date :27th Sept 2013
NP will consolidate all inputs and broadcast a new issue of the Strategic 
Plan on 30th Sept 2013 to CESG-all, giving the chance to every WG chair to 
review it. Comments due date will be 18th Oct 2013. 
CESG will discuss the major comments on 4th Nov 2013
Final Issue to CMC will be on 8th Nov 2013.

Update of CCSDS Org & Procs YB
Review is open at CESG-all level. Areas need to consolidate and deliver 
comments by 4th Oct 2014. In case of major issues a CESG webex will be 
organized prior to San Antonio meeting

Periodic examination of potential overlaps issues 
EB presented the subject. It was agreed that the issue will be added to 
the CESG Agenda (4th Nov 2013)

CCSDS Presentation at OCG (Open Geospatial Consortium) Plenary meeting on 
24th - 26th Sept, at ESA / ESRIN Rome
NP will have a 15'slot to present CCSDS in general to the OCG Plenary. A 
more detailed presentation will be done in one of the WGs.
it seems to exist potential areas of co-operation in archive, metadata, 
repositories, registries, XML, data preservation and architecture.
NP will also look at their organizational procedures.
 
Meeting Schedule rotation
In order to return to the Spring (USA) - Fall (Europe) meeting rotation, 
it is necessary to have the meeting during 2014 in Europe (Netherlands - 
Noordwijkerhout; London - UK). There is an open action for ESA to confirm 
that the Fall 2015 meeting can be organized at Darmstadt.

CESG Opening Plenary on 28th Oct at San Antonio
Bdri Younes will address the Plenary.
