[CESG] CMC comments to CESG CCSDS Strategic plan

Dear Mike and CMC members

The CESG is expecting CMC comments on the CCSDS Strategic Plan 
(distributed by beginning of March 2013) by Friday 5th April cob

This will allow the CESG members to assess your comments prior to the 
start of our Technical meetings on 15th April 2013.
