[CESG] Blog alert

Dear all,

The secretariat will create (after the RID implementation ) a blog mail 
list,  to have CESG members get blog alerts.

A new Mailing List will be created in Mailman  that sends out alerts to 
anyone who wants to be alerted about new items that appear on the blog. 
CESG-All will be subscribed to this list
