The following resolution has been approved by MOIMS AD.

MOIMS-IPR WG-R-2010-02-002, Resolution recommending the closing of the IPR 
WG 

The MOIMS Area,

CONSIDERING that the Information Packaging and Registries WG has shown a 
low level of activity in the last 1.5 years (after the final approval of 
the XFDU BB)
CONSIDERING that the planned schedule of activities / goals have been 
continuously shifted
and RECOGNIZING that this is due the lack of resources and interest of 
several Agencies 

and RECOGNIZING that CCSDS A00.0-Y-9 section 4.2.4.3 requires the Area 
Director to recommend the chartering or closing of working groups, 
therefore

RECOMMENDS that the CCSDS Engineering Steering Group
thank the IPR WG members for their services during the last 8 years
initiates the required CESG poll for approving the closure of the IPR WG
