I just noticed that in slide 7 the picture of the co-chair of MOIMS area director is still Brigitte and not Marc.

It was brought to my attention that slide 5 of the previous presentation contained an error. The spring 2022 CCSDS Technical Meetings will be held 9-13 May 2022, not 9-26 May. A corrected presentation is attached here.

Dear Area Directors and Working Group Chairs,

As the virtual technical meetings approach, I would like to provide some information from the Secretariat.

In lieu of an opening plenary for these virtual meetings, I am drafting a plenary presentation with content from Klaus-Juergen Schulz and the Secretariat. I will provide the presentation to you in a subsequent email. You can use the presentation during your meetings if you would like. The presentation will also be posted to the CCSDS public website meetings page.

As with last fall’s meetings, I will request meeting attendance figures. Following in-person technical meetings, the Secretariat makes a report to the CESG on attendance by agency. The report last fall showed that attendance of working group meetings was generally higher than at previous in-person meetings. You can send me an attendee list for your meetings or a list of attendance by agency (i.e. CNES 1, DLR 1, ESA 1, NASA 1, etc.).

Thank you to everyone who have sent their agendas to CCSDS Tech Support. If you have not submitted your agenda yet, please do so as soon as possible.
