<p class="MsoNormal">As the virtual technical meetings approach, I would like to provide some information from the Secretariat.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">In lieu of an opening plenary for these virtual meetings, I am drafting a plenary presentation with content from Klaus-Juergen Schulz and the Secretariat. I will provide the presentation to you in a subsequent email. You can use the presentation
during your meetings if you would like. The presentation will also be posted to the CCSDS public website meetings page.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">As with last fall’s meetings, I will request meeting attendance figures. Following in-person technical meetings, the Secretariat makes a report to the CESG on attendance by agency. The report last fall showed that attendance of working
group meetings was generally higher than at previous in-person meetings. You can send me an attendee list for your meetings or a list of attendance by agency (i.e. CNES 1, DLR 1, ESA 1, NASA 1, etc.).<o:p></o:p></p>
