At this time there is currently one too many rooms booked on Thursday a.m. I recommend that we may be able to execute this on the ground while we are in Rome if you are willing to risk the chance that one of our smaller groups may not have a separate facility - namely D-DOR I suspect. Otherwise, we will require one group to move to an available time slot.

Available time slots are:
Monday a.m. only (2 rooms)
Tuesday all day (1 room)
Friday p.m. only (3 rooms)
