[Cesg-all] What a surprise after a sheriff "mery go around" in the Westin 7th floor

Dear all,

There were always discussions in the past about 
4 or 5 days meetings
the need (and requirement to the meeting host) to have minimum 15 meeting 
rooms in parallel with its associated costs.

I have just went through all meetings rooms, and there are only 8 meetings 
on-going out of the 12 planned

Some thoughts from the CESG Chair

Are the advocators of 5 day meeting right ? Could we have done this 
meeting in 4 days ?
If my Agency would be the host, I would be upset due to the charges of the 
hotel per meeting room / day within the current budget constraints

@ WG Chairs, ADs/DADs : Something to reflect within the WGs and the Area 
Plenaries tomorrow

@ ADs/DADs : to be discussed during the forthcoming CESG / CMC meetings
