past about </font>

<li><font size=2 face="sans-serif">4 or 5 days meetings</font>
<li><font size=2 face="sans-serif">the need (and requirement to the meeting
host) to have minimum 15 meeting rooms in parallel with its associated
costs.</font>
<li></ul><font size=2 face="sans-serif">I have just went through all meetings
rooms, and there are only 8 meetings on-going out of the 12 planned</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Some thoughts from the CESG Chair</font>

<li><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Are the advocators of 5 day meeting
right ? Could we have done this meeting in 4 days ?</font>
<li><font size=2 face="sans-serif">If my Agency would be the host, I would
be upset due to the charges of the hotel per meeting room / day within
the current budget constraints</font></ul>
