[Cesg-all] PLEASE get your working WG agendas submitted

Adrian,
This is, attached, the reference SLS Area agenda to date, as provided to Btas
last week.
(See attached file: CCSDS SLS Meetings Schedule Fall04 Iss2.doc)

I could only find on the CCSDS web site the agendas per WG. Given the
extremely slow access, I gave up the idea of cross-checking the individual
agendas against the reference.

As usual in the reference SLS agenda, all SLS WGs agendas are shown together
because of the close inter-dependence between them:
- some people are chairing more than one WG/BOF and it is important for them
to have the big picture
- the organisation of joint meetings requires a close coordination of the WGs
agendas
- some agencies have one single representative for several WGs and they need
to have the full picture for optimum coordination of their participation

I would therefore advise that the SLS agenda be made available as is on the
CCSDS web page.

Please go to http://www.ccsds.org/meeting/2004fall, scroll down to the bottom
left and click on Nov 14-20 - Week View

You will note from the week view that there still appear to be many WG
meetings that are either not yet scheduled or that do not have a meaningful
agenda associated with them. Could you please correct this situation as soon
as possible by submitting your detailed agendas to the Secretariat? We
currently have 97 people registered for these meetings and the very least
that we can do is to provide them with a clear schedule and agenda for the
week's activities.
