DTNWG,

 Rick Taylor has posted a "release candidate" version of the IPN URI Scheme (https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-dtn-ipn-update/02/).  This update appears to address the comments brought up at the IETF-116 DTNWG meeting as well as subsequent comments on the mailing list.

  We will now place this document in WORKING GROUP LAST CALL, for the next 2.5 weeks (4/16 - 5/4).

  During this time, please review the IPN URI Scheme document. In particular, please note technical issues.  If you see no technical issues, please feel free to note support for the document. Non-technical issues such as formatting and minor phrasing can be addressed through the publication process if we take this draft forward.

  Based on the rough consensus on the list on 5/5 we will make a decision on whether to progress this document to IESG review or come out of WG last call for more edits.
