[CESG] CSS Area slides for CCSDS opening plenary

Dear Klaus-Juergen,

Attached please find the slides for the CSS Area inputs to the CCSDS Opening Plenary on May 8th.  I did not see a location in the CESG space of the CWE for uploading plenary material, but if I one can be provided I will be happy to upload the slides to that location.
