[Tc20-sc13] Postponement of ISO TC20/SC13 Meeting in Moscow

Dear ISO TC20/SC13 Principal Delegates, Observers, and Liaisons:

The ISO TC20/SC13 meeting in Moscow, originally scheduled for 29 June, has been postponed for three months.

The proposed new date is 28 September, 2006

NASA has requested the postponement because of intensive US diplomatic presence in Moscow surrounding the US Secretary of State's visit for the G8 Foreign Ministers meetings in late June 2006.  It is likely that the US State Department will not grant NASA personnel permission to travel to Moscow at that time.  The NASA delegation apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this postponement.

Revised logistics information will be posted to CCSDS.org in the future.
