[Sois-tcons] REMINDER - Telecon tomorrow

Dear TCONS,
I've just posted an initial draft red of the "TCONS Inter-Networking Service
Interface" for your review.
Please try to have a look at that, specially the conceptual introductory part
and the definition of the Connectionless service up to section 3.2.2.1.
The rest is still to be finalized.

I hope to have some feedback from you at tomorrows telecon.

Just a reminder that we have our telecon tomorrow.  I'll send out the number
and passcode later today.  I've included the actions from the last telecon so
if you haven't completed your action(s), hmmmmmm, better get on the stick?
