[Sois-tcoa] [Sois-tcoas] TCOAS Actions prior to Atlanta

Dear SOISers,

Sorry to crack the whip, but I need to remind you all of one or two
actions we still have to complete prior to Atlanta:

1. Update concept paper on File Distribution Service and CFDP to address
conclusion that initially a File Access Service for on-board
applications and CFDP should be offered. Draft Red Book based on CFDP
requirements - Max Ciccone

2. Prepare concept paper on Device Data Pooling Service - Stuart Fowell

3. Prepare concept paper on Device Virtualisation Service - Chris
Plummer

These should all be completed by the end of August (actually a month or
two later than proposed at Athens), so everyone can read them before
Atlanta.
