Given I received NO comments on Draft B of the Time Access Service, I
presume it is perfect.

I've uploaded Issue 1.0 into the TCOAS Private Documents area of CWE.

Chris & Patrick, what do we do to submit it for CESG review prior to the
Atlanta meeting?

Dear SOISers,

I have finally found a moment to update the Time Access Service Red Book
taking account of the comments from Chris and Abhijit.

Into the CWE I've uploaded the original document (draft a), the
commented versions and the updated document (Draft b).

Might I suggest we have a second round of reviewing with a DEADLINE of
sending comments by 31st July. If no major comments result, this Red
Book can then be put forward for CESG review.

Sorry Scott. I think some of them have been addressed and we can take
account of the rest in this review round.
