[Sois-app] Resolution SOIS-R-2018-04-001: Approval to submit the yellow

The Spacecraft Onboard Interface Services Area,

CONSIDERING that the Application Support Services Working Group
     Is chartered to standardize services that are provided to onboard 
software applications, and
     Specifically recognizes that analysis of onboard software 
architectures is required to support that standardization effort, and
     Has reached consensus on a MO SERVICES AND SOIS ELECTRONIC 
DATASHEETS report created to document the relationship of SOIS 
Electronic Data Sheets and Mission Operations Services,



RESOLVES to submit the MO SERVICES AND SOIS ELECTRONIC DATASHEETS report 
for publication.
