[Sois-app] WG Review of latest EDS and Common DoT Red Books etc

There is a new file in the directory that Stuart prepared.  The file is 
named rids.rwk.zip.  It contains short RID texts for the EDS red book, 
zipped in a directory. Many are just grammar.  Some are interesting.  
Let me know if any of these need a better explanation.

Please can you all review and comment using the RID templates, to be 
uploaded to the same folder by 31^st October 2014.
