[Sois-app] EDS Green Book Template

Hi all,

 

Attached is a template EDS Green Book following the structure agreed at
the Spring 2014 meeting. Please can you all check that it addressed the
topics you expect, or that it is structured in the way you are happy
with (e.g. ordering).

 

Then we can agree a plan to fill in the sections. I have some material
that can be written up immediately and Elizabeth has already provided
some material (I wanted to ensure the structure flowed first before
filling in the sections we can).
