  1.  Service Management Level 0 (zero) vs Service Management Level 1?

     *   Ed., what level do we call the bi-laterally defined (only) interoperability we have with current service management implementations?  Maybe that is really level 0 and CCSDS BPR gets us to standardized inter-operability level 1 service management?

  1.  Review the  different service management levels (see C. Haddow presentation from CSSM2, January 28, 2025)
  2.  BPR project definition, potential implementation timeline discussion
  3.  SACP Prototype discussion, planning
  4.  New CWE and workflow (making use of better collaborative editing capability)
