[cssm] CCSM #6 - SMASH Outline

Dear CSSM colleagues,



I have attached the draft SMASH Orange Book outline including the contents
from Colin's draft SMASH white book, CCSDS 902.10-W-01-2023xxxx-CRH, and
organised into sections according to Erik's mindmap.



This is in response to the action 240502-02 from the spring meeting and is
intended as the basis for further discussion about the structure and content
of the SMASH book, next week in London.

CSSM Colleagues,



It appears I was mistaken at the last teleconference in concluding that we
had no further teleconferences prior to the fall meetings. We do have a
teleconference that we had scheduled for tomorrow. I think it is worthwhile
to proceed with the teleconference I but think we can forgo the second hour
and have the teleconference be just one hour at the most.   If you agree I
propose the following agenda:

1.	General announcements
2.	Action Items check
3.	Readout from latest FRM/FRIN splinter session
4.	Referential diagram update (from Marcin)
5.	Fall meeting agenda check
6.	AOB
