[cssm] Correction - CESG Review packs for CDE, SMURF, SPDF and CPIF

Hello Colin,

The GitHub release repo looks much better.  Thanks.

I have retrieved the updated SMUF and SFDF review packages.

Regarding the removal of the REJECTED status, I see the text in the newly hatched BRP draft MB re SPDF content for this use case and I am okay with the rejection itself being the proper domain of the SMASH (presumably either a management service message or API return value).

Okay, let me see if I can plow through all of the material here and hopefully begin issuing the requisite resolutions for publication.

With respect to the "Rejected" status in the SPDF I knew there was something I forgotten to put in the e-mail. Having worked thru some examples for the SPDF while working on the BPR SM Level-0 the "Rejected" status doesn't help and is not needed, so I would omit this from the SPDF. Basically the way it was supposed to work was that a "Rejected" request would be reported via the SMASH and a ServicePkgBdy returned that contained no ServicePkgs. The servicePackageStatus attribute is contained in the ServicePkg class and was intended to show what the current status of a particular service package is (bearing in mind that one service package request can result in multiple service packages).
