Thank you Colin,

I will be working with the PDF forms and encourage other NASA reviewers to do the same.

Best regards,
-Erik

Hi Erik,
               blank RID forms for TGFT and CPIF can be found in the following folders on CWE;

TGFT        https://cwe.ccsds.org/css/docs/Forms/AllItems.aspx?RootFolder=%2Fcss%2Fdocs%2FCSS%2DSM%2FRID%20Forms%2FTGFT&View=%7BD853EDDB%2DF007%2D4BF6%2D8C31%2DBA03A9D0F4A4%7D&
CPIF        https://cwe.ccsds.org/css/docs/Forms/AllItems.aspx?RootFolder=%2Fcss%2Fdocs%2FCSS%2DSM%2FRID%20Forms%2FCPIF&View=%7BD853EDDB%2DF007%2D4BF6%2D8C31%2DBA03A9D0F4A4%7D&

Note that these are NOT in the "CWE Private" folder so should be accessible to non-members of the working group.

In each folder there are 5 files;

  1.  xxxx - CCSDS Access RID Database - V0.0 Beta 0.accdb        - An Access database version of the RID form which can import RIDs from other Excel workbooks, Access and PDF versions of the RID form. To enter RIDs there are 3 relevent Forms;

     * "Document Details Entry Form" - Used to fill in the document details (in this case this has already been done). Should be populated before RID details are entered

     * "Reviewer Details Entry Form" - Used to enter the reviewer details. Should be populated before RID details are entered

     * "RID Entry Form" - Used to fill in the RID details. Reviewers name and Document Number fields are filled in by pull down menus populated from entries made in "Reviewer Details Entry Form" and "Document Details Entry Form" respectivly.

  1. xxxx -CCSDS Excel RID Database - V0.0 Beta 0.xlsm - A Macro enabled Excel spreadsheet which can import RIDs from other Excel workbooks, Access and PDF versions of the RID form. To enter RIDs there are 3 relevent worksheets

     * "DocumentDetails" - Used to fill in the document details (in this case this has already been done). Should be populated before RID details are entered

     * "ReviewerDetails" - Used to enter the reviewer details. Should be populated before RID details are entered

     * "RIDDetails" - Used to fill in the RID details. Reviewers name and Document Number fields are filled in by pull down menus populated from entries made in "ReviewerDetails" and "DocumentDetails" sheets respectivly.

  1. xxxx -CCSDS Excel RID Database - V0.0 Beta 0.xlsx - Essentially the same as the previous excel version except that macros are disables, so no import is possible. To enter RIDs there are the same 3 relevent worksheets

  1. xxxx -CCSDS RID Form (Multi-RID) - Issue 1.0.pdf - A PDF form version of the RID form which by means of java script enables additional RIDs to be entered duplicating relevent info (e.g. Doc No. reviewer etc.) when the "Add New Rid" button is pressed. Further details on how to use this are contained in a cover sheet in the RID form.

  1. xxxx -CCSDS RID Form (Single RID) - Issue 1.0.pdf -A "dumb" (i.e. java script free) version of the RID form. Document details have been filled in but a new copy of the form has to be craeted for every RID.

  1.
where xxxx = TGFT or CPIF

Hope the above is reasonably clear. If not let me know.

Cheers for now,

Colin

Subject: Blank RID input forms for CPIF and TGFT?

Hello Colin,

As you may have seen, agency reviews for both the CPIF and TGFT are currently underway -- they were initiated on New Year's Eve -- talk about CCSDS operating nonstop! :-) Do you have some preformatted PDF RID inputs forms that I can use - i.e., with the CCSDS document title/number, etc. already populated? I can probably take one of earlier "trial" ones and set it up for my own purposes, but I'd like to make sure that I use the latest version. I'm cc'ing the WG as I suspect other members may want something like this too.

Thank you,

-Erik
