[cssm] New member from DLR

Dear all,

I want to introduce new member joining me on work at CSS SM: Rossella Falcone.

She is also a member of my team at GSOC, and I hope we can make her initial time not all too hard ;-).

Erik: she can apply for CWE and mailing list directly over the web page. Do we need anything else?
