Dear all,
after having a quick glance at the last version of the
SMURF I uploaded I noticed that I'd missed making some of the editorial
updates agreed in Berlin. I've therefore now incorporated these and
uploaded the new version to CWE. As these are purely editorial updates I
haven't changed the version number but merely added the date to the file
name.
The Service Management Utilization Request Formats can be found at the
