[Smwg] Modified slides from JAXAservice-user side for the "Agency Implementations" session in May 9th

Erik-san and CSSM Colleagues,

I modified the powerpoint for the session in Thursday's morning.
I deleted several slides related to JAXA Service Provider.

  I will report in about 5 minutes for these slides from JAXA 
service-user side.
