[Smwg] possible errata in simple schedule schema?

In working through making sure the frequencyBand parameter was correctly described in the SPDF, I noticed a possible errata in the Simple Schedule Format book's appendix C3, which is the XML schema description.

In Table 3-8, it says a value of 'ALL' can be used for the frequencyBand, but this does not appear as one of the options in C3's definition of the frequencyBandType.
