Dear all, 
                  I've just uploaded the latest draft of the Terrestrial 
Generic File Transfer book to CWE, I think (and hope) that this version 
contains the merged changes from John and myself. If I've missed anything 
my apologies in advance.

Please use this version (w0.03) as the basis for further comments, mixing 
and matching is a pain in the proverbial...
