[Smwg] MagicDraw version - 18.4

Dear all,
                  due to the fact that I need to use MagicDraw on an ESA 
internal project I've had to update the version I'm using. This means that 
from now on any UML models I upload will be done using V18.4.

I hope that this doesn't cause too much of a problem.
