[Smwg] Updated CSSM Actions from the 14 June 16 Telecon

The updated action items list has been uploaded to the CWE Private/Actions folder and is attached.

The following actions are due by the end of June.

Please note that several open actions need to be reviewed for a new actionee (as a result of John P. leaving the working group) and due dates (due to Colin being out).

I will be unable to attend the next telecon due to being on travel.
