Please note that the containing folder, Functional Resources and Service Components, is a subdirectory of the CSSA folder (previously, the functional resource tech notes  were posted to a subfolder of the CSS-SM directory) in recognition of the fact that the tech note  is really a CSS Area product and not just a CSS-SM product. Al future version of this tech note will be posted in the Functional Resources and Service Components folder.
