[Smwg] Trajectory Prediction Model Update

Hi Jessica,
                       update model attached below. To make this easily 
extensible the trajectoryType and trajectoryFormat should be changed to 
something like string16. Then in the CCSDSTrajectoryData class the 
permitted values for trajectoryType and trajectoryFormat should probably 
be stored in  a SANA registry.
