[SLS] New Chair for SLS-C&S WG

Dear All,
        as you have seen, Andrea's nomination as new SLS-C&S WG Chair is 
now official.
While thanking again Massimo for his excellent contribution in the past 
years, I welcome Andrea being sure that his commitment to this new task 
will be positive for the WG and for all SLS Area.
