[SLS] SLS-OPT Report for SLS Area Report

Attached is the SLS-OPT report.

Also, I will be at least 30 minutes late to the SLS meeting tomorrow.  I am leading  a "tiger" team composed of TESAT, MIT, JPL, and NASA.  We are trying to figure out if a TESAT LCT 135 optical module can be used with a NASA High Photon Efficiency modem at the Moon on the Lunar Gateway.  It is a very high priority meeting as NASA is considering a partnership with ESA regarding optical communications on the gateway and the preliminary analysis is supposed to be completed by the middle of June,  I was unsuccessful in trying to have this meeting not interfere with your plenary.  SORRY!!!!

As soon as the Lunar Gateway meeting is over, I will join your meeting.
