[SLS] Just a warning........ SLS Room Requirements for CCSDS Spring 2018 Meetings in Gaithersburg

Dear All,
        I just retrieved this old warning:
"NASA has informed us that the maximum number of rooms available will be 
12 (as agreed by the CMC long time ago for 5 days meetings). Please take 
this into consideration well in advanced to avoid the high number of rooms 
(14 or 15) always requested on Wednesday."

Of course in our request the peak is on Wednesday with 4 rooms requested 
both AM and PM.

Let's see what is going to happen.
